Refund policy
Effective from: July 19, 2026
At LoVeLo, we want your shopping experience to be simple, comfortable, and worry-free. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers and businesses entitled to consumer rights may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
How to return a product
- Send your withdrawal request to:
- Carefully pack the product to protect it during transport.
- Return the product to the address provided by the Seller.
The returned product must be shipped no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal notice.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
Condition of returned products
You may inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, as you would in a physical retail store.
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for such inspection, you may be responsible for any reduction in its value, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof that it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method.
