Order processing time

We make every effort to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days from the moment your payment has been successfully received, unless a different lead time is stated on the product page.

For made-to-order or temporarily unavailable products, processing times may be longer. If this applies, the estimated dispatch time will be communicated before you place your order or as soon as possible after your purchase.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the delivery services available during checkout.

Shipping costs are displayed before your order is completed and depend on the selected delivery method and destination country.

Delivery within Poland is free of charge.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country and displayed during checkout.

Upon delivery

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery.

If your package or product has been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, we also recommend completing a damage report with the courier, as this may help speed up the claims process.
